Good to Know & Restrictions

This is a bike tour for intermediate or better riders, ages 15 and up. You should be comfortable riding a 26″ two-wheeled bicycle. Please note that the inability to ride a two-wheeled bike does not warrant a refund, as this is a bike tour.

National park entrance fees are not included in the tour price: $30 per vehicle, or use your National Park Pass. In-park bike trails are currently closed due to volcanic activity, so the tour rides the park roads.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled tour for a full refund or credit toward a different date. You’ll also receive a full refund or credit if we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations made within one week of the tour, and no-shows, are charged the full price. The inability to ride an e-bike does not warrant a refund. To cancel, please call (808) 940-9611.

The bikes are easy to ride and easy to learn, and your guide gives a quick orientation before you set off. That said, this is a bike tour for intermediate or better riders who are comfortable on a two-wheeled bicycle.

The tour is about 3 hours, with departures at 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM.

Is the park entrance fee included?

No. National park entrance is $30 per vehicle, or you can use your National Park Pass. This is separate from the tour fee.
